Neuromous is an autonomous AI workforce platform that provides:

  • AI agents and digital workers
  • Autonomous task execution
  • API and integration infrastructure
  • Usage-based compute and execution services

Because AI execution and infrastructure costs are incurred immediately when tasks are run, refunds are limited.

2. Subscription Billing

Neuromous may offer:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Usage-based billing
  • Credit-based consumption systems
  • Hybrid pricing models

Subscription fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.

Usage-based charges are billed according to actual platform consumption.

3. Credits and Usage-Based Charges

Neuromous may require prepaid or postpaid USD credits for task execution and AI usage.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Credits are consumed when tasks are executed
  • AI compute usage is final once processed
  • Consumed credits are non-refundable
  • Partially used credits are non-refundable
  • Unused promotional or bonus credits have no cash value

Usage charges cannot be reversed after execution has occurred.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental billing errors caused by Neuromous
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by investigation
  • Major platform-side technical failures preventing core service delivery

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 14 days of the original charge date.

Neuromous reserves sole discretion in determining refund eligibility unless otherwise required by law.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Used subscription periods
  • Consumed AI credits or compute usage
  • Task execution costs
  • Autonomous agent activity already performed
  • User misconfiguration of agents or workflows
  • Incorrect prompts, logic, or automation setup
  • Dissatisfaction with AI outputs or agent decisions
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Downtime caused by third-party providers
  • Beta or experimental feature instability
  • Third-party API failures or integration issues

Neuromous does not guarantee:

Business outcomes

Revenue generation

Productivity improvements

Correctness of AI outputs

Error-free autonomous execution

6. Autonomous Execution Responsibility

Neuromous enables users to configure AI agents capable of autonomous execution across connected systems.

You acknowledge that:

  • Autonomous actions initiated by your agents are considered authorized by you
  • Usage charges generated by agent execution remain your responsibility
  • Misconfigured agents do not qualify for automatic refunds
  • Excessive or unintended usage caused by user configurations is not refundable

You are responsible for monitoring agent permissions, limits, and execution behavior.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals only
  • Current billing periods remain active until expiration
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription time

After cancellation:

Access to paid features may terminate immediately or at billing period end

Some data may be retained temporarily according to the Privacy Policy

8. Trial Access and Promotions

Neuromous may occasionally offer:

  • Trial access
  • Promotional credits
  • Temporary discounts
  • Beta programs

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Promotional credits are non-refundable

Trials may convert to paid subscriptions automatically

Neuromous may modify or terminate promotions at any time

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact Neuromous support first to attempt resolution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Loss of access to Services
  • Restrictions on future purchases

Neuromous reserves the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

10. Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Neuromous is not responsible for:

  • Banking delays
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Processor outages
  • Failed external transactions

Refund timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

11. Enterprise Agreements

Future enterprise customers may operate under separate negotiated agreements.

Where a signed enterprise agreement conflicts with this Refund Policy, the enterprise agreement controls.
