How to use

1. Toolkits/Integration

Screenshot
Screenshot above shows toolkits section with different integrations/accounts. Add an integration/toolkit using button shown on top right. When you assign any of these toolkits to an AI agent, that agent will be able to choose from toolkits assigned and execute any tool action like send email or check a file. Toolkits must be enabled and connected (via OAuth 2.0 or API key) for an agent to be able to use them.

Choose from 100 providers like Gmail, Hubspot, Slack, and Google Sheets. Give label and description to a toolkit (will be seen by an agent). Connect anytime with OAuth 2.0 or API key depending on the provider. OAuth takes you to provider's dedicated page and ask you for permission to connect.

2. Team

Screenshot
Screenshot above shows team section with 2 tabs: AI agents and human users. Create an AI agent or invite users in your organization to handle things for you like managing agents, toolkits, and tasks with permission control.
Screenshot
Give name, profile pic, and role to an AI agent. Assign any toolkits up to 10 max per agent. Define decision scope, memory scope or communication style. Give it instruction, traits and expertise.

3. Tasks

Screenshot
Screenshot above shows tasks section with 3 tabs: AI tasks, human tasks and goals. Create an AI or human task or a goal which is assignable to both task types.
Screenshot
Give AI task a title, description and goals and assign it to an agent of your choice, which will execute the task. Task will not run if it's not assigned to any agent or if the selected agent doesn't have any toolkit.
Screenshot
Using 'Execution Trigger' field, define how you want to execute the task.
1. Immediate: Execute the task right away (after it's run).
2. Scheduled: Execute the task on specific date and time.
3. Recurring: Execute the task continuosly, whether with fixed date and time or randomly.
4. Event-driven: Execute the task when selected toolkit triggers selected notification or event.
5. After a task: Execute the task after execution of certain task(s) whether it's recurring or not.
Task will NOT be executed when it's not running (its status is anything other than running).
